Reserve the hall for your event
The Main Hall is available to members and to the wider community for weddings, ceremonies, cultural programmes and family celebrations. Check the calendar below for a free date, then tell us about your event.
We review every request and email you once it is approved. Someone from OM Hindu Center will then contact you to arrange payment — there is nothing to pay on the website, and nothing is charged before your request is approved.

What it costs
Rates
The hall is $50 per hour, bookable between 8am and 10pm.
- The shortest booking is four hours ($200).
- Anything over eight hours is charged as a whole day at $400, rather than by the hour.
- A cleaning fee of $100 may apply depending on the event. It is separate from the hire charge and is not included in the $400.
- A security or damage deposit may be required. The amount is set for each booking.
- Eligible nonprofit organisations and OM Hindu Center team members receive 25% off the hire charge. The cleaning fee is not discounted. Tell us when you request a date and we will apply it.
- Payment is by cheque, cashier’s cheque or approved electronic payment. There is nothing to pay on this website.
Submitting a request does not reserve the hall. A reservation exists only once the centre has approved it in writing. Full terms are in the facility policy.
